It’s a new era for us here at WFP.

Following the appointment of our Service Desk Team Leader, Victoria Law, back in 2016, we are pleased to announce her promotion as the new Operations Manager!

Three years into her career at WFP, Victoria has been an integral part of the team and its successes, with her new role set to put her front and centre of our day-to-day operations.

With customer service being at the heart of what we do, we know that the only way to ensure we’re giving our customers the best is to support our employees and nurture their talent.

Our General Manager, Barry Leeds, said of Victoria’s promotion: “It’s taken many years to find the right person who we felt we could entrust to control the heart of our business and has the same work ethic, and believes as myself and the company director.

“Three years ago we discovered one of Essex’s hidden gems…we are so proud that we have been able to help her move towards her life goals, and in return she has helped us to achieve our business goals.”

Victoria’s appointment comes after a year’s management training and business mentoring, as well as her previous three years of dedication to the WFP team as a whole.

What this means for you, our customer…

As fire and security installation and maintenance providers for the commercial sector, hundreds of businesses and premises in a variety of sectors trust us to ensure the safety of their building.

That means we’re relied upon to provide high-quality engineering, fast response times, honest advice and first-class customer service.

At WFP, getting to know our customers one-on-one and delivering on their individual requirements is incredibly important to us.

It’s with Victoria’s appointment to Operations Manager that WFP will continue to raise the bar in the fire and security sector with more engineering training and the introduction of more products and standards that will exceed industry requirements.

…All whilst staying true to our promise of offering a personal, professional and honest service to our customers.

2019 has certainly started out as a great year for us at WFP, having been shortlisted for ‘Project of the Year’ at the Safety and Health Excellence Awards, ‘Employer of the Year’ at the FSB East of England Awards and the ‘Fire Safety and Security Project of the Year’ at the Electrical Review Excellence Awards.

We look forward to what the rest of the year brings and ever-improving our service to ensure our customers are getting the very best out of their life safety systems.

Victoria proudly stated: “I look forward to being part of WFP’s future as we move towards our dream.”

Congratulations, Victoria!
