Electrical Installation Condition Report (Only) Packages:
If you’re in need of an EICR and don’t want to opt for a full service package just yet, you can choose from one of the three below packages specific to your electrical inspection to tailor the invasiveness of your testing and aftercare.
Your EICR is typically due every 5 years, so it’s critical you get a thorough inspection and report completed by a competent specialist. Depending on the size of your building and reliance on your electrics, you may wish to break these visits down to once a year, which tests 20% of the installation; thereby covering 100% by the 5-year mark – now that’s PPM at its best!

EV Charging Maintenance (Only) Packages:
If you’ve got electric vehicle car charging points installed on your premises, they’re going to need a little taking care of.
Similar to our Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) packages, you can choose one of these packages if you need only this and wish to build on your whole PPM package with us later.
