Managing Director
With extensive experience in engineering and management, Scott has been integral to WFP since 2017, becoming Managing Director in 2025. Known for his patience, commitment, and determination, he fosters a dynamic work environment that empowers his team to excel. A true believer in WFP’s ethos, Scott is relentless in delivering exceptional customer service while investing in people and their growth.
Barry Leeds
Technical Director
Renowned as “Barry the Legend,” Barry is recognised for his exceptional problem-solving skills and his ability to fix just about anything. A true cornerstone of WFP, he is passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of engineers, ensuring the company’s tradition of technical excellence.
Outside the workplace, Barry enjoys a good Zumba class and is always ready to lend hands-on expertise to support his team.
Sam Cook
Service Desk Administrator
The rock of the Service Desk with over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Sam has a heart of gold but a wicked laugh! She loves seasonal holidays (she’s our original Christmas countdown monitor) and all things Disney. Her knowledge ensures seamless operations, making her an irreplaceable part of WFP’s client support team.

Finance Assistant
Alice is an invoicing and accounts whiz who streamlines processes with ease. A CLIK CRM & Xero maestro, Alice plays a vital role in credit control, client invoicing, and purchase management.
With experience across every department at WFP, Alice brings knowledge to financial management. A lover of furry animals, Alice often takes Milo for a walk in woods at lunch.
Paul Field
Founder & Business Acquisition Specialist
Paul, a Royal Navy-trained engineer, founded WFP in 2003 to provide exceptional service and innovative fire safety solutions. Now focused on Mergers and Acquisitions, he drives business growth with entrepreneurial expertise. An award-winning leader, Paul nurtures talent and shapes industry standards.
Outside work, he enjoys snowboarding, photography, family time and walking his black Labrador ‘Milo’.

Projects Manager
Tommy transitioned from hands-on work to project management, bringing expertise gained from managing roles at TFL and McDonald’s before specialising in fire and security. With a background in fitting bespoke bedrooms alongside his father, Tommy understands the importance of deadlines, quality, and compliance. His meticulous approach ensures projects are delivered on time, to standard, and with unwavering attention to detail.
Brandon Lawrence
Sales Executive
Brandon has real-world experience in electrical installations, fire alarm systems, and working the London Underground night shift. Known for his genuine friendliness and infectious energy, Brandon naturally lifts spirits and is a favourite with both clients and the team.
After already impressing as part of the installations crew, he now channels his dedication into client relations as Sales Executive. Whether calling clients or sending a quick email, Brandon’s positive attitude ensures every interaction is a bright spot.
