Does Your Fire Alarm Need Some Work? Let's Get Started...
Your fire alarm is the life safety system of your entire premises, designed to raise the alarm, and – ultimately – save lives, in the event of a fire-related incident.
That means it’s incredibly important to keep it in healthy working order! You might be reaching out to us today, because…
You've just taken over a building which has a fault on the fire alarm panel needing immediate attention
You've recently had a Fire Alarm Maintenance visit from another provider, but are questioning the remedials required and want a second opinion
You've had a Fire Risk Assessment carried out, which says that you need additional detection/an upgraded level of detection/other fire alarm changes to make it safe and compliant
Complete review, testing and repair of the fire alarm system at our church premises. Brought up to current compliance standards. Engineers were friendly, courteous and professional and were willing to explain what they were doing. Administration (quotes, appointments, etc.) were very efficiently handled by friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Our 4 Step Approach to Saving Your Life Safety System:
Check out the steps below to see what’s involved in keeping your fire detection and alarm system in healthy working order, from the moment you pick up the phone to us!
1
The Brief: When you call us we’ll ascertain what you need help with. If it’s a fault on the panel, we’ll ask for a picture of this, and if it’s additional detection, we’ll ask for a copy of your most recent Fire Risk Assessment.
2
The Solution: The next step is reacting quickly with the appropriate solution. If it’s a fault which means your fire alarm isn’t functioning, we’ll attend urgently* on a call-out basis, or we may recommend a service on the system.
3
Post-Visit: Following your visit, we’ll issue an engineer’s report detailing that we’ve left your system in healthy working order, or if any remedials (such as part replacements) are required to get your fire alarm working efficiently again.
4
Aftercare: If you’re not already, we’ll encourage you to regularly maintain your fire alarm (as it should be every six months) and we’ll be on-hand to offer you the consultative support whenever you need us over the life of your fire alarm.
*Please note that immediate and same day call-outs are always reserved for buildings in a current maintenance service subscription with us. If you are not in contract, we will always aim to get to you as swiftly as possible in an emergency.

Is Your Fire Alarm System Obsolete or Has it Reached its End of Life?
Did you know that the EMS 5000 sytem has been obsolete since 2013?
That means that the UK market (and we as fire alarm providers) cannot support this system with repairs or replacement parts. The system can be serviced, but should it run into fault, we cannot guarantee remedying it and it could mean your fire alarm is left without sufficient coverage to detect and raise the alarm in case of a fire.
Therefore, we highly recommend upgrading your system (which is usually needed after 10-14 years after a fire alarm is installed anyway!).
Other obsolete fire alarms include the Morley ZX and the Simplex 4000U. Not sure if your fire alarm is obsolete? You will usually be advised of this following your periodical maintenance service.
