Your Role in Brief:
Watch Your Career Fly with WFP!
Once you start, you’ll be set up with a bespoke training program suited to the skill-set you currently have, where you’ll be taught and supported each day by our Technical Director, Barry.
Our in-house training academy will mix practical and theory, with panels on the wall where you can experiment and get to grips with the systems we look after every day.
Once you’re ready, you’ll start shadowing engineers and attending visits alongside team members to help you feel confident servicing and fault-finding on fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV, as well as meeting with customers on-site. Then, after a period of 3-6 months, depending on how quickly you progress, you can get out on the road independently!
You’ll still be supported by our Technical Director to offer verbal support, plus you’ll have a one-on-one Training Day every month to help sharpen your skills and industry knowledge. Not to mention, you’ll take part in a ToolBox Talk every quarter to enjoy a fry-up with the Engineering Team and put the world to rights!
