Bespoke Set-Up We’ll set up the monitoring response to suit your needs (which can be changed at any time) so that the Police and/or nominated key holders are alerted in the event of an activation.

Get It In: Following our brief, any surveys and consultations with you, we’ll install a fire alarm monitoring device inside your new fire alarm panel (or your existing one if you’re moving to us for servicing).

Ongoing Servicing: We’ll check the integrity of your monitoring connection every time we come out to service your intruder alarm, but are always on stand-by should you need us.

Get Alerted: If a break-in happens, you’ll have an immediate response set up. We’ll be notified so we can work with you and the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to work on any false alarms.

Intruder Alarm Monitoring Explained:

It might sound complicated but the concept behind intruder alarm monitoring is really very simple. We create a signal connection between your alarm and an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). The alarm goes off? The centre receives a signal. What happens next is up to you.

If you’ve opted to have the emergency services called, they’ll receive notification of a break-in straight away via the ARC and they’ll arrive shortly after, blue lights flashing. Of course, you can choose to notify key holders only, or both if you prefer.

As you can imagine, most commercial buildings do have burglar alarms installed, but many still get broken into. While an alarm system is at least one form of deterrent, it’s only when it’s paired with something like monitoring that it becomes a really dynamic level of protection.

The most popular brands in the monitoring market are CSL Dualcom, Emizon and Redcare (BT), but whatever you opt for, you’ll want it to be “dual path”.

Dual path monitoring means that two channels are used to communicate a signal. It’s the only way to 100% guarantee that the system will alert the Police and/or your designated key holder(s) instantly – and that’s exactly why we use it for all WFP monitoring.
