WFP joins the UK’s largest fire protection trade body – the Fire Industry Association (FIA).

We’re always on a mission to improve our service and demonstrate to the businesses that trust us that we don’t get lazy.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do, and we’re incredibly pleased to have found an organisation that mirrors our values as we continue to nurture relationships with businesses who really care about improving and maintaining their own fire safety.

Following Grenfell, fire safety has entered an era of enlightenment. And it’s not-for-profit bodies with a voice like the FIA that keep those intentions alive, fighting their corner.

And we’re exceptionally proud to be welcomed as one of their members.

What this means for you – our customer.

As an FIA member, you’ve got to be credible, demonstrating exemplary service, as well as alignment with British Standards and industry best practices.

At WFP, we already have our own in-house training academy, giving our customers peace of mind that they’re relying on high-class engineering undertaken by a skilled professional.

Back that up with a 24-hour Service Desk for unlimited technical support, and it’s clear why 95% of our customers renewed with us last year.

We’re also independently audited by third-party organisations such as BAFE (for SP203-1), giving us the seal of approval for the design, installation, maintenance and commissioning of fire detection and alarm systems.

What the FIA membership brings with it is the opportunity for even more education – for both our staff and our customers.

With top-level training, guidance and influence on fire safety legislation, we’ll be right at the forefront of an innovative, promising time for this industry.

A huge thank you to the Fire Industry Association for welcoming us!
