We were looking to upgrade our ageing CCTV system. As we have worked with WFP for several years with our fire system and have had an excellent service, we decided to consult with them for advice on our CCTV system. Once again I can only praise WFP for the service we have received.
We upgraded to an Avigilon system, which was very different to our original system and, being a computer based system, gave us much more flexibility than our old system, and was quite easy to learn. The team at WFP spent time with the entire team to ensure that everyone was conversant with the new technology, and were extremely patient, even when we asked the most obvious questions! Since the system has been installed, our entire team has realised the benefits of the system and how easy it is to use, including reviewing footage, using image recognition and exporting footage. Even to the least technical minded person, this is simple to use. Thank you to WFP for understanding our needs and provided the best equipment for the job. Would highly recommend.
