Your Role in Brief:
Office based role in Stock, Essex
Full-time: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
Permanent role, available for an immediate start
Salary starting at £21,674 (Depending on Experience)
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Being reactive to incoming phone calls regarding call-outs, customer requests and other service-related topics
Liaising with engineers following jobs to help them manage their day, verify jobs and worksheets, and gather appropriate remedial information
Problem-solving issues for customers and your team and reacting efficiently to a fast-paced environment
Collating quotations for customers and liaising with appropriate team members or third parties to ensure it is technically accurate
Other ad hoc administrational duties

Essential Skills You'll Have:
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
You must be comfortable handling phone calls and talking directly to customers
A reliable, honest and professional attitude, which is reflective of the WFP ethos and the reason why our customers trust us
You must also have a valid UK driving licence and a car (our office is not near a station and is not easily accessible by foot or bus)
Experience working with Microsoft Office (primarily Work, Outlook and Excel), service/business management software and/or CRMs
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
A history of customer relationship management and/or data processing
Experience working in a team environment where communication is crucial
