Which is where you come in as our new Sales Administrator!

Joining our growing sales team, you will be communicating with customers and providing administrational support across our divisions to help us streamline our client on-boarding process.

You will be building towards a full-fledged sales role, starting first by honing in on your sales skills and exposure, and offering administrational support. Ready to get going?

About the Role:

Salary starting at £23,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Permanent, full-time: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00

Sales administration in the B2B sector

Office-based role in Stock, Essex

Essentials We're Looking For:

Education level equivalent to A Level or above

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient knowledge of administrative record-keeping

Strong ability to follow instruction and work in a team environment

High level of organisation, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Comfortable and confident handling phone calls and talking directly to customers

IT literate with experience of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel

Proven experience within sales/customer service/customer relationship management, ideally within the B2B sector

Valid UK driving licence and a car (our office is not near a station, and is not easily accessible by foot or bus!)

Demonstrate a reliable, honest and professional attitude, which is reflective of the WFP ethos and the reason why our customers trust us

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Be the first point of contact for organic leads, taking the initial phone calls and responding to web form enquiries to gather the necessary contact information and qualify the lead.

Maintaining and updating sales enquiries and customer records as necessary.

Assisting the appropriate salesperson at site visits and/or in communicating with customers to gather the information needed to collate quotations.

Expediting orders to the internal team where necessary; providing briefs, approved quotations/purchase orders to the Service Desk and/or Project Manager.

Seeking upsell opportunities with customers to increase the number of services across the business our clients use us for.

Directing feedback from customers to the relevant departments, and requesting reviews following new customer job completions.

Taking part in sales team and marketing brainstorms, and contributing to marketing strategy and implementation where appropriate, such as social media.

Supporting the sales department within the Fire & Security, and Electrical, divisions with other administrative tasks, as and when needed.
