All members of our team want to hear from each other and learn from individual experiences. We’re big on feedback, rewarding great work and team spirit.
You’ll have a one-on-one Training Day every month to help sharpen your skills and industry knowledge with our Technical Director, Barry, plus a ToolBox Talk every quarter to enjoy a fry-up with the Engineering Team and put the world to rights.
You’ll have access to discounted courses run by the Fire Industry Association (FIA), which we’re members of, where you can specialise in the Maintenance, Installation or Commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems.
Of course, if you’re coming on board specialising in fire and not security, or vice versa, don’t worry – support and training will be offered! Our engineers work on a variety of systems, including: Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV, Door Entry Systems, Access Control, Smoke Vents, Emergency Voice Communication Systems, Disabled Refuge Alarms and Automated Gates.
So, whatever speciality you can bring to the table, we want to hear from you!

Your engineering career path will level up according to your technical abilities, level of support needed and your team leadership amongst the engineering team.
Ideally, for this role, we are looking for a Grade 4 Level Engineer and above, however we are always open to bringing on and nurturing new team members who are ambitious and have a great attitude.
