ROLE IN BRIEF:
Full-time: Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00
Salary: £45k OTE (Comprising Salary, Bonus & Commission)
Permanent role, starting as soon as you can
Working from our office in Stock, Essex, whilst visiting customers across London, East Anglia and the South East
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Pinning down service and maintenance contracts, and wooing decision-makers into choosing WFP for system installations and upgrades
Upselling maintenance services to current customers and getting more people seeing us as a one-stop shop for all things fire, security and electrical
Using innovative ways to find new prospects online and creating relationships that'll turn them into customers
Responding to leads, finding decision makers, managing prospects and following up on quotations and customer feedback
Attending site surveys, creating system designs and bespoke packages (we'll teach you if you don't know how!)
Sales forecasting and relationship-building with suppliers, manufacturers and partner companies
And smashing targets, of course!

What We Need From You...
Positivity and professionalism, please! We like to let our hair down but our customers need to know they can trust us, too. So you'll need to show you can be reliable, punctual, honest and proactive in every aspect of your role
A full, UK driving licence - you'll be driving to customers for site surveys and meetings, after all!
At least three years' experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting targets and/or in the fire, security and electrical sector with sound knowledge of how the commercial and service sectors work
Top communication skills - you need to be confident, personable and a great listener to build the sorts of relationships that'll help you reach your targets
Self-motivation, laser-focus on results, great organisation - and you're going to have to be comfortable working under pressure, too
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook mostly), service management software and/or CRMs
IDEALLY, YOU'LL BE...
Experienced in fire and/or security alarm design with a keen interest in the sector
Knowledgeable on all the EN and BS standards for intruder, fire, CCTV and access control
An expert tea drinker with good to excellent knowledge of the ideal dunking time (but we can work on that!)
